Workout Hard

Getting up in the morning for a run might be painful, I get it. But once your done, you'll be the happiest person on the planet. As the marines say, "Pain is weakness, leaving the body!"

Eat Healthy

That donut or bagel may look like heaven for the next 3 minutes, but you'll be consumed with guilt for the next 3 days. Make a smoothie, a salad, or eat fresh fruit, your stomach will thank you!

Sep 27th - Free swim lessons

Every year, thousands of people in the U.S. drown due to lack of swimming skills—a preventable tragedy. As a CPR-certified and qualified lifeguard, I want to help teach kids these basic necessities for free.

I run weekly 10 milers with Social Hour Run Club in order to get better as an athlete, and raise funds for my organization. I have ran for T1D, raising awareness for Type 1 Diabetes, and have done 5K's for good causes.
